Single Engine Airplanes

Shown here are some of Lynn's projects on Single Engine Airplanes. We selected a variety of airplane types and interiors to illustrate Lynn's skills, and the variety that a truly custom interior can become. If you have a particular design in mind call and discuss your idea. Lynn is always interested in hearing about and trying new ideas.

1978 Mooney 201

Completed in June of 2000, this interior is a combination of light taupe with fabric accents that match the color of the outside paint scheme.

You can see this airplane be transformed from 22 year old interior, through the cleanup process and installation of the new interior on the 'watch the process' page.

Beech Staggerwing

Lynn created this interior from photographs of original Beech styling shown him by the airplane owner. The fabrics chosen are light putty and burbon colored leathers.

1968 Mooney Executive This interior is a combination of oyster colored leeather, burgundy colored carpeting and matching burgundy thunderbird logos on the back of the seats
Piper Malibu The owner of this airplane saw a Piper Malibu on a ramp and asked Lynn if he could create an interior like it. Lynn located the airplane, looked at the interor and created this one in medium gray leather in the same style.
1979 Mooney 201 Medium blue and light gray leather combine to give this interior a very bright feeling. Blue welt cord is used to outline the seats. This airplane also has optional arm rest extensions and ultraleather wrapped window trim.
1976 Cessna
Cardinal RG
A combination of light and dark tan make this a very pretty interior. Note the Cessna Logo on the backrests.
1965 Mooney E Here is another all cloth interior. Gray and tan tweed fabrics and no welt cord give this interior a unique retro look.
Piper Arrow A combination of red leather and gray fabric were used in this airplane. A unique welt cord design on the seats along with red buttons on the gray seat inserts make this interior truly unique.
1965 Mooney C Tan leather and taupe, multi-colored, fabric combine to make this interior one to remember. Note the custom pen and flashlight holder as part of the storage pocket, located by the pilot's knee.
1982 Mooney 201 Another seat design option is seen in this airplane, a gathered leather look on the seat inserts. The colors are cream and dark green leather, with the Mooney eagle embroidered in matching green on the seat backs.
