Every once and a while I get a different kind of request. This
was a fun project. The owner wanted a new interior in the style
of the original. He chose black Madrid vinyl and a Garnet Red Velvet
from the 96 Ford vintage which captured the feeling very well.
Not only does this airplane,
oops, I mean car, have a new interior, but it had been meticulously
restored prior to the new interior's installation.
Here is the rear seat. Room enough for three here!

It's a 1948 Pontiac Silver Streak Sedan Coupe Streamliner. The car
came out of the Twin Cities and I have owned it since 1983. This year
I will be bringing it up here and my sons and I are going to bring
it back to life. It is all there, it just needs a whole bunch of TLC.
